Services or products designated as End-of-Life (EOL) will no longer receive software updates, feature enhancements, or support beyond basic functionality. These services will continue to operate in their existing state but are no longer maintained.
Customers are not required to migrate immediately from EOL products and may continue using them at their discretion. However, it is strongly recommended to consider migration to actively supported platforms for continued reliability and performance.
Our products typically have a lifecycle of approximately three (3) years. However, in some cases, the lifecycle may be shorter if the underlying hardware is decommissioned earlier or replaced with newer-generation equipment. This process is part of our ongoing infrastructure renewal strategy to ensure compatibility with evolving technologies and to provide improved performance through the adoption of more efficient server hardware.
In the event of a scheduled decommissioning, affected customers will be notified in advance and offered appropriate migration or upgrade options. It is the customer's responsibility to act on such notices within the given timeframe to avoid service interruption.
