Service Suspension Rules, Malicious Activities & Other Policies

Payment Suspensions

  • Invoices are issued 10 days prior to the due date for each active service on the account.

  • Services are suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the due date. A late fee is applied starting one day after the due date.

  • Suspended services are permanently deleted within 5 days of the due date if payment is not received. Backups are also deleted, and there is no technical way to recover the service once deleted.

  • Inactive accounts (those with no active services) are automatically deleted after 120 days.

  • Payment Fraud: We use various methods to detect fraudulent payments, including detection of fake account patterns, inaccurate geolocation data, and other indicators.
Please ensure your account information is accurate and up to date. Avoid using VPN or proxy services when making payments, as these may cause your payment to be flagged as fraudulent.

Policy on Malicious Activities (Including DDoS Attacks)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for malicious behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks

  • Port scanning

  • Unauthorized access attempts

  • Any abuse affecting the integrity of our infrastructure or other customers

If you are found engaging in such actions:

  • You will be notified

  • Your service will be immediately suspended

  • No refund will be issued

Crypto Mining and Node Hosting Policy

We permit cryptocurrency mining and the hosting of crypto nodes on our services. However, please note that mining is highly CPU-intensive and can significantly impact the performance of your virtual server.

To maintain optimal service quality:

  • Keep CPU usage below 75% across all cores.

  • Sustained usage above 100% may lead to system instability and degraded performance.

  • If CPU usage consistently exceeds 75% for more than 24 hours, you will receive a notification via a support ticket.

  • Continued excessive usage may result in CPU throttling or other limitations.

  • Repeated abuse may lead to account termination without the possibility of a refund.

Gateway Security Policy

Probing or scanning the gateway (e.g., port scans) is strictly prohibited.

  • Such activity will result in your IP address being temporarily blocked, ranging from a few minutes to several days depending on the severity.

  • Repeated or serious violations may lead to termination of your VPS without refund.
