Service Suspension Rules, Malicious Activities & Other Policies

Service Suspension Rules, Malicious Activities & Other Policies

1. Payment Suspensions

  • Invoices are issued 10 days prior to the due date for each active service.

  • Services are suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.

  • A late fee is applied starting 1 day after the due date.

  • Suspended services are permanently deleted within 5 days of the due date if payment is not received. This includes deletion of all backups, which cannot be recovered.

  • Inactive accounts (no active services) are automatically deleted after 120 days.

Payment Fraud Prevention

  • We use multiple fraud detection mechanisms, including detection of fake account patterns, inconsistent geolocation data, and other indicators.

  • Account information must be accurate and up-to-date.

  • Do not use VPNs or proxies when making payments, as this may cause your payment to be flagged as fraudulent.

2. Policy on Malicious Activities (Including DDoS Attacks)

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for malicious activities, including but not limited to:

  • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks

  • Port scanning

  • Unauthorized access attempts

  • Any abuse that compromises the integrity of our infrastructure or other customers' services

If such behavior is detected:

  1. You will be notified.

  2. The affected service will be immediately suspended.

  3. No refunds will be issued.

3. Crypto Mining & Node Hosting Policy

We allow cryptocurrency mining and node hosting under these conditions:

  • CPU usage must remain below 75% across all cores.

  • Sustained CPU usage above 100% can cause system instability and performance degradation.

  • If CPU usage consistently exceeds 75% for over 24 hours, you will be notified via support ticket.

  • Continued excessive usage may lead to CPU throttling or resource limits.

  • Repeated abuse may result in account termination without refund.

4. Gateway Security & Storage IO Policy

4.1 Gateway Abuse

  • Probing or scanning our gateway (e.g., port scanning) is strictly prohibited.

  • Violations will result in your IP address being temporarily blocked, from a few minutes to several days depending on severity.

  • Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate VPS termination without refund.

4.2 Storage IO Abuse

  • Using 100% of allocated IO bandwidth for more than 8 consecutive hours (as defined per your product specification) is considered abuse.

Actions taken:

  1. First Violation → 24-hour service suspension

  2. Second Violation → 3-day service suspension

  3. Third Violation → Permanent termination without refund

Customer responsibility:

  • Monitor resource usage

  • Implement limits and automation where possible to avoid violations

5. Contact Information

  • Clients must provide their full legal name and residential address when registering an account.

  • P.O. Boxes, non-residential, or mail forwarding addresses are not accepted.

  • Registration and order placement must take place from the client’s residential ISP — use of proxy or VPN services is prohibited.

  • Account details must match the information provided by the payment method; mismatches will be treated as fraud.
