Refund Policy

Standard Refund Window

  • Refunds are eligible only for list-priced products.

  • Promotional services can only be refunded as account credit.

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase.

  • No justification is required ("no-questions-asked").

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at purchase (for eligible list-priced products only).

  • Services purchased using account credit are not eligible for cash refunds, only as credit.


Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Service misuse

  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., “hit and run” activity)


Credit Option

We offer the option to convert the remaining value of your active services into account credit.
This credit can be used to:

  • Purchase any product currently available on the website

  • Participate in sales or promotions, as long as inventory is available

  • Switch between products within the same sales channel, by canceling the original service and provisioning the new one using the credited value

Account credit does not override the non-transferable or non-upgradable status of certain promotional services as defined in our Upgrade Rules and Transfer Guidelines.
