Standard Refund Window
Refunds are subject to the following rules:

Refunds are eligible only for List-Priced Products.

Promotional services are not refundable in cash — they may only be refunded as account credit.

Refunds for eligible list-priced products are available within 48 hours of purchase, during which a no-questions-asked refund policy applies.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at purchase.

Services purchased using account credit are not eligible for cash refunds; they may only be returned as account credit.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

Service misuse or resource abuse

Violations of our Terms and Conditions (including “hit and run” activity)

Fraudulent, deceptive, or policy-circumventing behavior
Credit Option
Customers may request conversion of the remaining unused value of any active service into account credit.
Account credit can be used to:

Purchase any currently available product
-
Participate in sales or promotions (subject to stock availability)

Switch between products within the same sales channel by canceling the old service and provisioning a new one using the credit
Important Notes:

Account credit does not override any service restrictions, including:

Non-transferable promotional services
-
Non-upgradable promotional services
-
Promo stacking limitations

If the amount of account credit exceeds $5 USD, the customer may request that the value be returned to the original payment method, but the customer is responsible for all payment gateway or processing fees associated with the refund.

Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.
