Service Upgrade Rules
Customers with multiple services may request custom consolidations or upgrades, subject to the rules below. Most requests are processed within a few business days.
Definitions
Promo VPS
A Promo VPS is any VPS service that includes the is in the “PROMO” category of Products.
List-Priced Products
A List-Priced Product is any VPS or service that:

Are not in the “PROMO” category, and
-
Is sold at standard catalog pricing, or has a discount code applied to it.
Services in this category retain full upgrade and transfer eligibility, unless modified later with promotional upgrades that introduce restrictions.
These definitions apply to all upgrade, consolidation, and transfer rules.
General Guidelines

Consolidation or upgrades involving CPU, RAM, NVMe, Addon Drive, IPv4, or Monthly Traffic may only occur between services of the same product category.

Customers may upgrade (“jump”) from a lower-tier VPS to a higher-tier List-Priced VPS at any time, subject to availability.
Upgrade & Combine Rules
Promo VPS Services

Promo VPS services cannot be stacked or combined under any circumstances.

The remaining contract value of a Promo VPS may be converted into account credit, which can be used to:

Purchase List-Priced Products
-
Buy upgrades for existing List-Priced services
-

Promo VPS credit cannot be applied toward other promotional services.

Promo VPS services are always non-transferable.

Upgrades from List-Priced Products → Promo VPS plans are strictly prohibited, regardless of timing or value.
List-Priced VPS Services

Customers may combine any four (4) of the main resource categories across eligible List-Priced VPS services:

CPU
-
RAM
-
NVMe storage
-
Addon drive storage
-
IPv4
-
Monthly traffic
-
-
Combined List-Priced VPS services remain transferable, unless they later receive promotional upgrades which render them non-transferable.
Account Credit From Unused Services
Customers with unused or redundant services may request conversion of the remaining service value into account credit.
Account credit may be used for:

Upgrading existing services
-
Purchasing new services
-
Paying outstanding invoices
Refund rules:

If the remaining value of a single canceled service exceeds $5 USD, a cash refund may be issued to the original payment gateway.

If the original gateway is unavailable, the refund will be issued as account credit only.
-
Refunds to alternate payment methods are not permitted.
