Service Transfer Guidelines
We’re pleased to facilitate service transfers between customers, allowing any service to be transferred to any new owner. A small processing fee applies, which can be covered by either the existing customer or the new owner.
How It Works
- The current service owner opens a support ticket requesting the transfer.
- If multiple services are held, we’ll confirm which specific service is to be transferred and clarify who will handle the transfer fee.
- Once the fee is processed, we’ll request a second confirmation for security.
- Upon confirmation, the transfer to the new owner will be initiated. The process typically completes within 24 hours, depending on workload.
For VPS or dedicated server transfers, we recommend that the new owner perform a clean installation for optimal use.
