Service Transfers – Terms & Conditions

We support service transfers between customers under strict conditions. Only eligible services may be transferred to a new owner, and a processing fee applies.

Note: The transfer fee must be paid by the new owner.


Eligibility

  • Only List-Priced products may be transferred.
    Promotional, discounted, or special-offer services are non-transferable under any circumstances.

  • Promotional services with custom upgrades are permanently locked to the original account.
    This includes:

    • One-time CPU/RAM or disk upgrades

    • Any consolidation, stacking, merging, or combining with other services

  • Services with one-time upgrades (even if not promotional) are permanently tied to the purchaser and cannot be transferred.
    If the underlying VPS is transferred, all one-time bonuses are forfeited.


How the Transfer Process Works

  1. The current owner opens a support ticket requesting the transfer and provides the new owner’s email address.

  2. If the current owner has multiple services, we will confirm which specific service is being transferred.

  3. A Transfer Fee invoice will be issued to the new owner via email.

  4. Once the fee is paid, a confirmation request is sent to both parties.

  5. After both confirmations are received, the transfer is processed.

  6. Transfers are normally completed within 24 hours, depending on support workload.


Account Requirements

  • The sender’s account must be at least 30 days old at the time of the transfer request.

  • Accounts created solely for buying, reselling, or transferring services—especially in bulk—are considered fraudulent.

Examples include:

  • Mass acquisition of discounted services for resale

  • Frequent transfers without actual service usage

Violations will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all involved accounts

  • Permanent loss of all associated services, without refund


Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

Any attempt to bypass or manipulate the transfer policy—including but not limited to:

  • Changing account email addresses repeatedly to avoid the transfer fee

  • Purchasing services on behalf of blocked or blacklisted individuals

  • Creating temporary accounts for mass purchases or transfers

…will be treated as fraud.

In such cases:

  • All related accounts will be immediately suspended

  • All services will be set to auto-terminate at the end of the current billing cycle

  • No renewals, reactivations, or future purchases will be permitted
