We support service transfers between customers under strict conditions. Only eligible services may be transferred to a new owner, subject to a processing fee.
Note: The transfer fee must be paid by the new owner.
How It Works
-
The new owner purchases the VPS Transfer Fee from our website:
Other Services → VPS Transfer Fee -
The current owner opens a support ticket requesting the transfer and provides the new owner's email address.
-
If the current owner has multiple services, we will confirm exactly which service is being transferred.
-
Once the fee is processed, a confirmation request will be sent to both parties.
-
After both confirmations are received, the transfer will be initiated.
Transfers are typically completed within 24 hours, depending on current support workload.
Important Requirements and Restrictions
-
The sender’s account must be at least 30 days old at the time of the request.
-
Accounts created solely for the purpose of buying and reselling/transferring services will be considered fraudulent. This includes:
-
Mass acquisition of discounted services for resale
-
Frequent transfers without actual use
-
Violations will result in:
Immediate termination of all involved accounts
Permanent loss of all associated services without refund
Promotional Services and Upgrades
-
Promotional services are transferable only if they have not been custom upgraded.
-
This includes:
-
No one-time upgrades (e.g., extra CPU/RAM)
-
No consolidation or stacking with other services
-
-
-
If a promotional service has received a custom upgrade, it becomes permanently tied to the original account and is non-transferable.
-
These restrictions exist to protect the integrity of limited-time offers and loyalty bonuses.
One-Time VPS Upgrades – Ownership and Transferability
-
VPS services that include one-time upgrades are permanently bound to the original purchaser.
-
These upgrades are considered non-transferable bonuses and are forfeited if the service is transferred.
-
Services upgraded via stacking or merging are also non-transferable.
Fraud Warning
Any attempt to bypass or manipulate the transfer process—including but not limited to:
-
Changing the account email multiple times to avoid the transfer fee
-
Buying services on behalf of blocked or blacklisted individuals.
-
Creating temporary accounts for mass purchasing or transferring
...will be treated as fraud.
In such cases:
All associated accounts will be immediately suspended
All services will be set to auto-terminate at the end of the billing cycle
No renewals or reactivations will be permitted
