HOST-C Spin Wheel Promotion Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the HOST-C promotional spin wheel available on the HOST-C website. The promotion is operated by HOST-C NETWORK EOOD for commercial discount and conversion testing.
1. Nature Of The Promotion
The spin wheel is a free promotional discount mechanic. No payment, deposit or purchase is required to spin. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not a prize draw, lottery, wager or gambling product.
2. Discount Allocation
Discounts vary between 5% and 50%. The allocation is calculated server-side by HOST-C. The UI is illustrative; the backend result is authoritative.
3. Coupon Validity
Each generated coupon is unique, time-limited and may be restricted to eligible HOST-C services. Unless stated otherwise in the generated coupon response, the coupon expires three days after generation. A coupon may be refused if it was generated through automated traffic, repeated abuse, shared harvesting or technical manipulation.
4. Eligibility And Limits
One coupon may be generated per browser session. HOST-C may apply daily limits per connection, browser session and traffic pattern. These limits exist to keep the promotion commercially fair and prevent automated coupon farming.
5. Checkout Application
The coupon must be applied during checkout or through the billing system where supported. Final discount acceptance is subject to product eligibility, billing platform validation and HOST-C terms of service.
6. GDPR And Data Minimisation
The promotion does not require an email address before checkout. For anti-abuse and security, the backend stores HMAC hashes of IP address, browser user-agent and session id. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the promotion coupon file.
The session cookie is strictly necessary for remembering whether the browser has already spun the wheel. It is set with HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes. It is not used for advertising profiling.
7. Legal Basis
Anti-abuse processing is based on legitimate interest: protecting the promotion from fraud, preserving service integrity and preventing repeated coupon generation. Any checkout data submitted later is handled by the normal HOST-C billing and privacy terms.
8. Changes Or Withdrawal
HOST-C may pause, modify or withdraw the promotion if abuse, technical error or commercial constraints require it. Already generated coupons may be honored or invalidated according to the abuse rules above and billing platform validation.
